PROS AND CONS: PRO, Main thing was huge indoor heated pool. It was amazing! SIDE OF CON IN THE PRO, only have tiny hair towels available to dry on. PRO, On-site restaurant, Barrel 55, is a 10/10, and sometimes has live music. CON, closes at 9pm. PRO, the lobby and front area is beautiful but the black ceiling throughout the whole hotel and rooms is just horendous and makes it look so small, but that is just an opinion. BIGGEST CON OF ALL: NON smart TVs with approx 20 cabel channels, and...with it being a non smart TV, it is impossible to sign into tv apps to watch anything. That will be my one and only reason to NEVER stay there again!

Room was clean enough, but very dim. The hallways needed a vacuum. Very strong chemical smell in the pool area, large fan was on, I noticed some black mold on the jenga game and on the wall. I did online check in but then I had to redo it all in personal for a vague reason, a bit sketchy since I put my credit card and drivers license in the online system.

Prior to checking in, I received a message from Wyndham prompting me to complete early check in with IDs and cards, and also confirming the check in time. Upon arrival, the concierge made me give all the information again and then told me check in wasn’t for another 30 minutes (even though I had proof of the message confirmation) but that I could pay $25 for “early” check in?? The rooms looked clean so that’s a plus but the tv didn’t work. The rooms were also extremely dark. Overall left with an odd feeling. Wouldn’t return.
