Worth it if you have an event at Rupp
Great for the convenience factor if you have an event at Rupp Arena. Otherwise expensive for what you get which is a smallish room on high floor with smallish elevators especially if you have a lot of luggage.

We booked a King with a park view. It was a couples night out. The attendant switched us to a queen room. I hate leaving negative feedback but I know I always book a king. not so comforting when you sleep in separate beds. :(

Great location, friendly staff. Property could use some updating. Carpet in main hallway, level 10, is worn to the point it sticks up in several spots. My wife tripped on it a couple of times. Our shower head had a hole in the hose, that had been repaired once before, but water still sprayed out the side. They do have free parking, which is a plus especially for downtown hotel. Overall, we had a decent stay, but at nearly $200 a night. I wish it was a little bit more updated.

This property is a little dated and the air conditioning didn’t meet our needs at all. The room was extremely warm throughout our stay. The restaurant was a nice touch as well as the pool.

Reservations?
Booked our room in January and checked in, went to 8th floor and card didn’t work. They put the card for the wrong room, went back to find out they downgraded our room and didn’t mention to us that they switched it. My daughter had a cheer competition the following day. They said they over booked and our reservation didn’t mean anything. The best they could do is a roll away cot, and no one was in to correct or answer why this happened. Following day, after many people left they said they could switch us or free breakfast buffet.. at that point they were useless.
