LaQuinta renter continuously. This location looked awesome. Room was and facility recently renovated. After check in noticed odor later in the evening. Could not believe what i found. Room a/c unit covered in MOLD! REPULSIVE! Covered a/c with towel and drapes with unit off. Looked for manager in the morning and desk clerk informed maintenance man. Asked me to call later to talk to manager. I told her he could call ME. Manager called me and apologized and said he would credit back Hotels.com and i should contact them for a refund and my $50 deposit would be credited back in 3 or 4 days. REALLY! I have booked with hotels.com for years. I am also a Wyndham rewards member. Im a 76 yr old veteran with asthma and this problem was not handled very well. I have attached photos. I will be waiting to hear back from WYNDHAM.
