Lovely overall but needs attention to some details
Hotel was lovely very comfortable and the pool area was beautiful. Got great sleep and the room was nice. Only complaints were that the ice machine on our floor was broken and seems like it had been for awhile - fix that! And there were never guest towels at the outside pool area - also a pain. If you are going to charge a resort fee then make sure there are towels by the pool! But the pool was absolutely gorgeous and we really enjoyed it. The pool engineer was outside checking on the pool and was super sweet and brought us towels from the indoor pool.

Mattresses weren’t good. Furnace kept making a weird noise. Drain clogged but attendant came to fix it quickly. Otherwise the hotel was great and the pool was great. Service was great.
