We had a terrible experience at this hotel. Flies were everywhere. The room was very dusty and not clean. We ended up going to another hotel the next night.

We checked into the room and it was dirty and not vacuumed. There was trash left in the floor such as bottle tops, old snacks, etc. The indoor pool was not heated and cold, which was disappointing for the kids. A portion of the parking lot was blocked off and so we had to park in the parking lot next door, which happened to be a “Hustler Hollywood”. And our neighbor was smoking what smelled to be an illegal substance next door to us, which is very concerning because we had two small children with us. Overall disappointed

All the staff were friendly and helpful, Mike at check in and check out was funny and helpful. The hotel was clean, unfortunately the pool was closed and the WIFI very weak in the room, unable to connect at times. The breakfast was great lot to choose from, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, waffle maker, cereal,bagels, juices and coffee and more.

I liked the staff most of all they very friendly and helpful at all times. the only thing that I didn't' like was the fire alarm went off at 11:33 at night when I was asleep and gave me a very bad scare and there was no fire.
