Great place!

We were just driving through on a road trip and just needed a place to stay the night. It was great, I'd definitely return if ever in the area again. The lobby, halls, elevator, and room were all clean and nice looking. Looked newly redone maybe. The beds and pillows were comfortable enough and the bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. The staff was exceptional. Very nice, very helpful. And the free breakfast was much nicer than I expected, waffle maker, sausages, eggs, muffins.

Pet friendly??

The room itself was nice, clean and comfortable. Would stay again. The only thing I had to complain about was we were traveling with a dog that was over 20 lbs and they charged us more than what they said the pet fee was. Not sure why the size of the dog matters.

Upon check in we noticed a stain on the comforter and several hairs on both sides of the bed on the inside sheets, suggesting that they had not been changed but the bed was simply made up. We asked for the manager to check them and was rudely treated by telling us that there’s basically no way that would happen because nobody had been in there in a long time and was more worried about our daughter who needed to use the restroom before we dropped her off at her brother’s for the night and thought we were sneaking her in. What happened to “the customer is always right” and being treated with respect? We were in town for a wedding and it’s a great location and had no issues the one other time we stayed there. Other than that, it’s a positive experience. They did change the sheets while we were gone but didn’t expect that kind of response and attitude from the manager.
