The place is noisy. The coffee in the rooms is really bad. There are not enough outlets, no night stand on one side of the bed.

When you get off the elevator to go to the second floor right oks you are hit with the smell of cigarette smoke that permeates into all of the rooms on the floor. It’s disgusting. There was also a zip tie left on the side table between the full size beds, not queen! It was clean enough- but not spotless… The convenient coffee pot- was stocked with decaf only… easily rectified but not convenient… the electronic door keys had to be reset each day.

Our stay was disappointing. The hotel is beginning to look run down, the floors were dirty to the point where we didn’t feel comfortable walking around barefoot. The pool water was in need of cleaning, random fuzz and hair were floating around, so we didn’t stay like we had intended too. The hot tub was closed and looked really dirty. Our mattresses were uncomfortable, you could feel the springs on your back. The place really needs some work. However, the staff was very nice and friendly. And the free breakfast was good.

Clean rooms , housekeeping staff very friendly. Everyone that worked there helpful. My only complaint and it’s minor , I wish the indoor pool had been a little warmer, felt like I was getting in refrigerated water. And the hot tub was closed.

Our room is very clean. It could use a little bit of updating in the hallways. The staff is very helpful very nice. The only thing is we had a problem with was we had a smoky room with no ashtrays that’s it.

Wasn’t happy
I would never go back. We had an issue with the phone in the room, never worked. It was blamed on the storm. The pool wasn’t working. We were told it would be open on Saturday and then it was Monday. It was difficult explaining that to a child who wanted to swim. The weight room had a nasty odor. I would have asked to leave early, but knew I wouldn’t get refunded. I’m glad it was only for two days.

It was ok for a one night stay. The housekeeping staff may need to do a better job when cleaning the rooms. There were dirty linens in the shower when we checked in. Also, bring a blanket if you’re cold natured. They have one thin one on the bed.
