Worse place I've stayed in over 20 years. Room had exterior door and was not fot properly, so cold air all stay long. Empty cases of beer left under exterior stair casing. Mattress was as bad as what I slept on in bootcamp 50+ years ago. Says, inder renovation, but needs a tear down.

the staff was great... it was quite nice area to stay in... The room wasn't the best but it was a place to sleep for the night... It was little outdated and needs some attention but other then that it worked for us.

Decent, but not as advertised
It was ok if you only needed a bed and bathroom. The room we booked said it had a fridge and microwave, but when we got in the room it didn't have either. The room was clean and bed was comfortable, but not enough pillows for 2 people. Bathtub liner was cracked, but clean. Also no access to 3rd floor ice machine. So Everytime I wanted ice, I had to go down to the first floor lobby.

Our stay was not great. The clerk kept leaving in the middle of check in. She wouldn't let us use the bathroom, so we were at her mercy. When we finally got in our room, it smelled like mildew in the bathroom, and there were brown spots on the toilet seat. There were only 3 small pillows (like throw pillows) and the bed was very lumpy. There was no minifridge like in the picture. Very frustrating.

Great place! Only issue was my non-smoking room definitely has been smoked in a lot, so I'm hoping they don't try to charge me for that. I brought it up to the front desk lady--who is fantastic, by the way. Not a big deal but just don't want to get charged for smoking when I'm not

The first room we were given was very dirty, had stained bed sheets and a foul smell. We complaint and it was changed to a better room. The corridors smell of urine and the area feel generally unsafe. I will not be staying here in the future
