Lady in the reception at night wasn’t as friendly but everything else was ok. Room was not clean the bed sheets were dirty and the seat of the toilet was broken.

The office had a bad smell to it. I requested a handicap room through Expedia, but the checkin lady said she can’t give it to me because it was requested through a third-party, even though she had a handicap room available.

Been there twice in two weeks. Both rooms tubs were clogged up and had to wait one to two hours between showers for tub to drain. Another downside is no refrigerator or microwave. I will not be back.

Entry to lobby smelled like dense cigarette smoke dust. Attendant was really stale and cold, like she didn’t want to help us. All the appliances were unplugged when we entered the room. Remote to the tv didn’t work and we lost electricity in the morning. The electricity wasn’t their fault but they did nothing to accommodate us. Oh and there was a group of gentlemen guests across the way getting drunk from 3pm til past we went to bed. Hotel did nothing about this belligerency. So it was fun!

We stayed for 2 nights, the room was clean and bathroom stocked. The bed was a little too soft, left us with back pains. The shower was a roll in shower which we requested, but the water always spread faster than it drained leaving the bathroom floor excessively wet. Other than this the room was adequate.

Got several spider bites and saw 3 roaches. I asked the staff to please fumigate my room but next morning I saw a roach. Spider bites were bad enough I went to my Dr when I got home.

What I expected but also great service
For the price, I expected it to be a motel, and not some 3 star hotel so I made sure my expectations reflected that with regards to amenities and age, etc and I saw housekeeping changing out all bedding in surrounding units, so I know they are clean, there but someone needs to start looking at replacing the bedspreads. Ours were very stained and one even had a few spots of dried paint on it. They were laundered, just very stained. We arent high maintenance stayers but others can be and that could substantially turn a 6/10 stay into at 9/10 for some. Also, remind house keeping to wipe down and mop under the fridge. The unit had rust around it. The staff was very nice and housekeeping actually changed the bedding and I know people wonder about that but I saw it first hand so I can confirm.

The smell of cigarette smoke in lobby was overwhelming along in our room. Bathroom was dirty. Found hair under the covers on bed. Could easily hear neighbors. My favorite part of the stay was finding roaches crawling in our room. I called the front desk and he said he wasn’t sure what to do about that but he would for sure leave a note so the managers would know.

It's a great place to stay for a weekend or overnight. It's not fancy but it's clean. The lady at the desk was personable and kind! The rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable. It was quiet and safe.
