We stayed 4 days, three nights. First day the card holder was janky. Second day we came back from breakfast, we could not get in went to front desk. They said oh probably just need new batteries, replaced batteries. Nope still not working. Needs to be replaced. Told us to leave the door open so when the maintenance guy gets there, he can get it replaced. Waited several hours. Had things to do, so went back to front desk and they said oh we were waiting on you to leave so they can fix it. Wait, what. I am not leaving my door open when we are not there. Okay just go ahead and shut it and he can figure it out. Left came back a few hours later. Still not fixed had to get someone to let us in again. Had to go back out for competitions. When we got back around 10:30pm. It was finally fixed. Had to have front desk reprogram our key cards. The key holder is still janky, had to wiggle it to get it to unlock. Not once did the house keeper come and asked if we need clean towels or trash picked up. I had to hunt them down and ask them if we could get clean towels. Took our own trash out. Anyone could get in, the back door was always propped open. And house keeper brought her whole family to go swimming. Rooms were not very clean. Lots of mold in the shower. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was decent. As much as they charge, I expected better service. The door/lock issue really upset us. Made it very inconvenient.

Unfortunately this was the absolute worst experience we have ever had while traveling with our 5&7 year old. We were driving home from a a trip and needed to find a place to stay for one night. We have stayed at many sleep inns in the past so jumped on it when we saw rooms available and booked through Expedia we have never had any issues and upon arrival we were put in a very uncomfortable position by other hotel stayers and once we arrived into our room it wreaked of smoke ( told it was nonsmoking) our 5 year old has severe asthma so this was a must. The table still had drink rings and some sort of sauce on the counter. With in 30 minutes my son already needed out of the building. And as leaving my 7 year old was again made beyond uncomfortable by other guests in the hall way as we were walking to get to the car to leave. We did not stay more then 40 minutes due to multiple things. The hotel staff was very kinda we informed him what was going on and he gave us a business card for the manger to contact if we had an issue with a refund. After trying and explaining the situation only being in the hotel 45 minutes didn’t even get our luggage in yet we were not granted a refund it is not being approved. We are being made to pay for a room that was smoking extremely unkept and absolutely not a kid safe environment. I’m beyond disappointed in both this hotel & Expedia.

Our room was given to someone else. We were given a different room that was small, dirty, the shower did not work nor the tub (in a handiaccessible room), and the door to the room did not shut and lock all the way. Thy also gave a us keys initially to a room that was occupied and we ended up walking into the room and waking the person when the lock over the door caught. We felt awful but it was not our fault. We stayed only the one night even though we paid for two. We tried to get reimbursed for the second night before checkout time and they still would not allow it. Pictures for their hotel are deceiving. Save your money or pay a little extra to have a better experience elsewhere.

The entire building smelled like smoke, but in every room it says ' this building is smoke free and if you're not pleased with your room let the desk know'. I know people break the rules and do what they want but when the entire building reeks its an issue.

Great room and awesome price!!!

We really enjoyed the stay! Everything was was clean. The check in clerk was AMAZING!! The breakfast was beyond delicious and had plenty to choose from! The one thing that kept me from giving this review all 5 stars is the current state of the facility. The shower was the worse part of the stay. Ot has mold and mildew on the caulk inside the shower. It could definitely use new paint/wallpaper clean carpet and updated lighting. The outside could use updating as well. It is ran down in areas and very dim to dark at different spots in the parking areas. All in all it was still a great price for a nice clean room with so many options for eating and shopping. We will definitely stay again!
