The staff is great. The bed was cozy. The 4th floor odor hit me on exit from the elevator. The humidifier is perhaps not enough to combat the moisture problem. Directive to place trash in the hall may be part of the issue. Access to bottled water would be a great amenity.

The AC in our room didnt work well but we were quickly changed to a new room. The indoor pool was so cold you couldnt get in and the chlorine was so strong it burned everyone's eyes. The breakfast wass good with a good selection of eggs, bacon, sausages, waffles, cereal, muffins and breads. The staff were very friendly and eager to make your stay a pleasant one.
