I waited over an hour for my room. They did not have a room with 2 queen beds I had payed for. I was given a King size bed with an uncomfortable sofa bed.

Trash in hallways by the elevators were not emptied in the morning. Towels need to be cleaned thoroughly. Staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and has a variety of items. Stayed several nights. First morning I had to ask for things to be refilled. Later mornings the lady was very much aware of the needs of the visitors. Counters need be kept wiped. Overall a good stay.

My family and I stayed here from August 2-4th and we had a lovely stay. Our room keys did stop working but the front desk was quick to solve the problem. The front desk was very nice! We enjoyed the pool and the complimentary breakfast. The beds were very comfortable as well.

The room had a smell to it when we arrived but I always have a can of lysol so it took care of the issue. The stay was great and the mattress was amazing. Id like to know what brand it was so I could buy one. The young lady yhat checked us in at our late arrival was very sweet and welcoming.

Overall nice, but…
Check-in and check-out was very slow. Only one person working the desk, even though there were two computers and other employees there. Breakfast was frustrating as they kept running out of food and one day didn’t have any pastries. Clean, comfortable rooms.

We where there for 2 nights Saturday morning they run out of breakfast items at 8:30 am. Took them a long time to refill everything. Staff was inside kitchen joking about costumers looking for breakfast. Saw couple people waiting for 30 minutes to get something, tossing empty plates to trash and leaving out to get something to eat. No manager or supervisor to get things in control. It was a joke and hotel look really bad. Cook was trying to do the best she could but from my culinary experience might need more adecuate equipment and training to hold that amount of guests.

First off I want to say Tabatha at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. She definitely went above and beyond for me and my little family. As soon as you walk into the building it just felt so welcoming and smelled so clean. The rooms are wonderful and also so clean. I would recommend this place to anyone. We have enjoyed our stay

The staff was nice. The floors in our room were so dirty. Our feet were black after walking on them. The pool was cloudy. The breakfast was pretty good but out of a lot of stuff...including coffee cups.

Very unhappy. We checked in and went up to our room to discover it was very unclean. The first thing we noticed was a dirty smell upon entrance. Toenail clippings in the carpet. Hair in The sink, toilet paper stuck in the toilet, and a mystery white sticky substance on the tissue box. Backboards of the bed looked streaky from a quick wipe down, and there was a lot of dust on lamps and surfaces. Management refused to switch our room, claiming the "system" said we had already been there 45 minutes ... Which I very much doubt, and even the receptionist seemed confused on that point. I'm doubtful a new room would have been better anyway. Desk reception told me I wouldn't be able to find another hotel with rooms around because of a horse event in town ... But there were plenty elsewhere. We ended up leaving. Couldn't get a reimbursement, but there's no way I was going to stay there. Shame because it seems like a newer establishment from the outside. I'm sure it was just this location, but honestly I don't think I'll try to stay at another Sleep Inn again.
