Breakfast was never fully stocked and the waffle mix dispenser malfunctioned often. Also, the main light in one of our rooms blew out and no one ever fixed it, even though it was reported twice. The rooms were never serviced, although I know room cleaning policy has changed since covid. Overall the stay was decent, but definitely could use some improvements.
The really bad thing was breakfast!! No plates, ran out of food! Just bowls to eat a waffle or eggs out of!!! They checked and NO plates!!! No hot food because they ran out of!! This is important to us! This was a Saturday morning

Very nice with a new appearance as far as the building. Entered my room and immediately noticed dirty mirrors. Dead flies in the window seal. No ice or vending on my floor. Complimentary breakfast, very basic. No maid service in my room.

Walls were very thin could hear everything next door full conversation. Went to breakfast and there was not a thing left and it did not sound like they were going to bring anymore out and there was still an hour and a half left. Room was cleanish.
The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, spoke whenever they were on the floor or walking through the door. Made sure the breakfast bar was stocked and hot! BUT the most impressive thing to me was, I had left my AirPods and they mailed them to me. Great hotel!
Decent for the price, but would probably look elsewhere for next time. Several things in our room were broken. Also didn’t feel that they were upfront about having 2 buildings- one of which was on the other side of the river without any way to get to the pool, or for breakfast, other then to drive. With 2 kids, that was an inconvenience. There was also a go cart track RIGHT next to the pool from another business which made it not so relaxing at the pool. The breakfast staff was less than friendly, however the actual hotel staff was. Beds were not very comfortable and one was uneven/broken.
The property was incredibly clean, and the staff was very friendly. One morning the continental breakfast was not being restocked but the next morning there was plenty for everyone..
We had a late check in after a long day of traveling and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the AC good and cold. The pool was nice and clean and open from 6am-10pm. I have 2 small boys and that was so awesome. I was shocked at the hours it was opened and the staff commented “we feel that if you’re awake our amenities should be available “ . That is exactly how a hotel should operate. I was very impressed. They also had a laundry on site and breakfast was good. Definitely worth the stay.
