Would stay again!

The room was nice. VERY noisy due to being close to the parkway. I feel they can find a way to reduce noise. Staff was excellent! I love texting feature to communicate with staff. We stayed with a huge group. Some of the rooms had a lot of moisture in them.

Noisy air conditioner. Today received charge in error for checking in to room. Full price that was supposed to be covered by virtual card from Expedia. Hotel is working to credit my own card now. I had no room or incidental charges. The cost on Expedia was supposed to cover all fees. I understand the common practice of a personal card on file with guests.

Overall this was a good place to stay. It was just about 20 minutes from anything in Lexington. Lots of dining and shopping options close by. My only real complaints are there were no drawers to put your clothes. And the mini fridge was about the size of a large cooler.

We had no problems with the property. We just needed a place to stay the night before continuing up Florida. Our biggest problem was the $75 pet fee that was charged plus the $50 refundable fee. We stayed at 2 hotels @ the start of our travels north & 2 hotels @ the return of out travels south. No pet fees from the (3) LaQuinta Inns we stayed at. The only fees were charged by Sparks. Pet fee was not mentioned in the description. Blindsided at check-in!! Will not be staying at Spark again, only LaQuinta Inn from now on.

Great stay just wish breakfast came with some hot options and fresh bananas. The fruit they did have looked questionable, like it may have been old. Over all the stay was great. Breakfast did not impact the quality of stay.
