The beds were really uncomfortable, it feels like they never rotate the mattress and it has a sunken place that makes the bed lumpy and did not get a good nights sleep. It was also very loud and the sound from the hall etc. carried through the entire room making it hard to sleep. Despite being told at check in that the rooftop bar was open until 11, we arrived at 10 and were told we could sit anywhere and then refused service. They never cleaned our table, waitress never came to take drink orders and they turned the lights on and started closing up after letting us sit there for 25 min and we finally just got up and left. Incredibly rude service and also what kind of bar closes at 10? Really would have rather stayed somewhere else and gotten a better sleep.
