Due to a "glitch" we were booked at the wrong hotel. I've spent hours on the phone trying to deal with both Expedia and Hilton and have gotten no where- both are refusing to refund us for their mistake. Stay away from both Expedia and Hilton if you are looking for a hassle free hotel experience!!

I don’t know how the property was, when I got there, they said there was no record of my reservation and I couldn’t get a room. It was a disaster. I hope I don’t get charged for this debacle. I’v tried to contact Expedia Rep but cannot find a human being to talk to.
