Nothing fancy but sufficient

In town for business so just needed a shower and a sleep. Under renovation now so look forward to seeing the improvements when we return in the fall. Bed and pillows comfortable. Floor needed cleaned everywhere. Breakfast is just a waffle maker and some microwave biscuits. Front desk very responsive to all of our requests!

It was a business trip. Place to sleep and shower. But after shower and walking across the floor our feet were black. A stip of veneer on head board was falling off. But I understand it’s under remodeling so maybe when we come back in fall it will be nicer.

Room was okay as far as cleanliness, bathroom door had a big hole in it like someone punched it. Turned bathroom sink on a it leaked from the bottom so bad had to stop using it. Only stayed for one night couldn’t sleep. I have stayed at this hotel for the last 8 years and this was the last time for me, they use to take care of it.

Not worth the price

This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. From the rusted handless in the bathroom, the mildew in the walls, the dirty linen, even the hotel staff showed no care when i complained. Instead of a refund, i was told sorry about my luck.

I have stayed at this particular property a few times. However, this time was quite a bit more money than usual. By like $60-70 a night. There was no hot water. They knew the hot water wasn't working when I checked in. Yet thet failed to mention it. So warm showers if you're lucky but mostly cold for 2 days. There was never any type of reimbursement offered for our inconvenience. Also when we asked for more towels until the paper when the staff member stopped by the door. She didn't speak English so we didn't get either one. Simply because she couldn't understand us. The breakfast used to be good. Now the only thing they serve hot is waffles and the waffle maker wasn't working properly. So when it says breakfast all you get is cold cereal. I no you can't expect much out of a place like this. So when it's only 80 to $90 per night I'm okay with that. But when they raise the rates to $150 per night and nothing's working. That's when they get a review like this.
