The breakfast was hot and good selection. Parking was alittle tight with many commercial vehicles but we made it work. Staff is always friendly

There was a little bit of confusion getting us checked in, but the staff took care of it. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very large and comfortable. The hotel is well-maintained and very clean.

Disgusting room. Horrible experience. The employee that greeted us was sitting on the couch watching tv with her child and eating. We have an infant and found dirty underwear on our room floor upon arrival. We checked out a day early because of how horrible the circumstances were, which was already prepaid for and we slept in our rental car somewhere else because of how disgusting the facility is. Also overheard the housekeeping ladies speaking in Spanish stating, they weren’t sure whether or not the room was cleaned from the last stay. The facility is poorly run. Management should be ashamed of themselves and embarrassed to host people at their property.

Good bed. Seemed clean. Well-lit parking just off the highway. Bathtub faucet dripped. Shower head not adjustable. Toilet not properly mounted to the floor - rattled every time I sat on it. No circulation fan in the bathroom which is probably why part of the ceiling was deteriorated. TV was very sluggish to respond to the remote.

The bathroom ceiling was in very bad shape. Looks terrible. Especially for the price that I was charged. This was my second time in this hotel. When I stayed there in July it was around $90. On Saturday it was $130. WHY??I will not stary there again.

Front desk warned me that our room (the only room available) was near an exit & that other ppl have complained about the exit door being loud. We’re heavy sleepers so I thought it might not be too bad but the exit door has a mechanism that causes the door to slow just before closing & suddenly releases the door so it slams so hard & loud that our room shook. The hotel was very clean, the staff was nice & it was located conveniently for why we’re there. One of many reasons I chose this hotel was bc we wanted to go swimming while there. When we went to the pool the gate was locked & there was no sign explaining why. At the front desk we were told the pool was closed for the season. It was 90 degrees & sunny that day so we were a little frustrated. We still tried to make the best of our time there. The bed was nice, the water pressure was great & the breakfast was ok. I know a lot of other ppl might have had a much different response to the 2 issues we encountered but we tried to not let it ruin our weekend. We won’t be booking this hotel the next time we visit the area again though.

One of the filthiest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. From the cob webs over the bed to the bloody snot on the wall to the black mold in the bathroom, this place is dreadful.
