“I was charged two separate $250 fees for ‘smoking.’ I called at 11 a.m. to speak with the manager and was told he was on-site and would return my call. When I called back at 12, I was told he had gone to lunch. Around 1 p.m., I was told to call again around 4, but still received no response. When I called at 5, I was informed he wouldn’t be back until Monday. These unexpected charges left my account overdrawn, leaving me without money for gas or food. Being eight hours from home, I was forced to ask strangers at a truck stop for help feeding my family and getting gas just to make it home.

This hotel was extremely clean and fresh. It was very appealing when walking into the lobby and was just as modern and nice looking in the room. Mini frig and microwave helped us as we traveled. The heavy blinds kept the room nice and dark. Bed felt good. I’d totally recommend this to all!

Hotel difficult to see from road. Poor signage that wasn't lit. Staff friendly and professional. Property clean and well maintained. Hotel was updated. Room very comfortable. Didn't care for the pillows but that's the trend, i guess. Bathroom and shower updated. Shower works great. Breakfast limited on selection. Check in n and out very easy. I would highly consider returning if in the area again.

I’m on a 4000 mile roadtrip. So far, this has been my favorite place I’ve stayed. I was pleasantly surprised as it had been a long time since I stayed at a Comfort Suites property. It’s outshined 2 Marriott properties so far without a doubt. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious, bathroom was great and quiet. It was also the best price of all the brand hotels in Liberal.
