I reside in Costa Rica so my expectations are a little different. It is 5 stars for Costa Rica and 4 Stars for US standards. The hotel is loud, I use earplugs so no big deal there. The shower is VERY slippery, be careful. Otherwise, the breakfast is great, rooms are very modern and comfortable. The staff was excellent! I enjoyed my stay.

I had problems with expedia and hilton. Since expedia didnt file the reservation on time and no rooms were avaible. They had to fix up a room under maintenance in order to let me stay.

This property was perfect for an overnight stay before an early flight. The accommodations were very comfortable and the staff was polite and attentive. The morning shuttle is very handy. The only drawback was the construction next door to the pool area.

Very convenient for Liberia airport transfers and has everything you really need. Small, basic room and bathroom and not a great mattress, but clean and friendly staff and good value.

Great location for quick stopover. We arrived late in the evening and didn’t want to drive at night getting to our lodge. The staff could not have been friendlier. And don’t miss Meztli coffee shop nearby...!!

Convenient airport location, but all very basic. The nearby Hilton is quite a bit nicer. Construction next door made the pool area not so nice, and the food was both very limited and very expensive.

Was a great spot to begin and end our trip. Helpful staff that spoke English helped us call our rental car company and arrange a shuttle. Not much of interest around the hotel.
