Hotel was quiet far from Birmingham central. It was also very dark and badly lit in the room. Beds were fine but the pillows were very uncomfortable. Breakfast had very limited options snd the breakfast area was very full and cram packed together for the amount of guests that were having breakfast.

The price was good, breakfast was moderate, room was ok apart from the shower head holder was on the verge of snapping and the water was just dripping and the bed wasn’t very comfortable

Excellent. I had an evening meal which was really good and was so different from other hotels I have stayed at. The staff were great, the room was great, the bed was so comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here.

Liked the price, cleanliness and very friendly staff. My only criticism is the bed mattress room 302. Although clean not comfortable. Definitely needs replacing.
