Booked to stay do we could visit the Michelin star restaurant in Lichfield. Short inexpensive taxi ride into Lichfield. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast good. Grab bags were a great idea. Would recommend

Staff attentive and friendly. Had to leave 06:00 on our checkout day knowing we'd miss an excellent breakfast. Valentin on reception organised a 'take out breakfast for us within minutes.The gesture and the breakfast was really appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel was probably the best value for money I’ve found - breakfast was very good considering the cost and if it wasn’t for the couple at the end of the corridor having a 3hour row… it would’ve been a good nights sleep too

Check in was not good. I queried the price but the receptionist was rather dismissive when she thought I was talking about an overcharge. When I returned later to query the booking she discovered that she had undercharged by one night. No apology, just asked for the extra funds. If she had taken a bit more care on the original check in she could have resolved the situation quickly. Other than that, the rest of the staff were superb.

Conveniently situated but because at a very busy road interchange very noisy traffic. And we were directly over the hotel bin area which was also noisy from very early.

Excellent accommodation for a trip to Thomasland
We stayed here for a few days on a visit to Drayton Manor & Thomasland with our 5 year old and frankly the hotel couldn’t have done more to make him & us welcome, beds comfy and plenty at breakfast, this is our third time staying here 👍
