We have just had a two-night stay here over the Bank Holiday weekend and couldn't fault it. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Our dog-friendly room was thoughtfully situated at the end of a corridor in a quiet area and was spacious and very clean. Bed was comfy and breakfast choices plentiful. No problem parking either - always seemed to be plenty of spaces. Suited us very well for our short stay.

The reception staff were very informative and helpful. All the staff were helpful and cheerful. Our room on the ground floor was excellent and very quiet, the advice of where to eat was wonderful. We went to the Trooper which was really good.
