Room is small and has no ventilation but we were comfortable. Bathroom was very compact and not much bench space. Some restaurants were closed on Sunday night.

You can't expect 5-star luxury in the middle of the opal fields, but it was very comfortable especially for just an overnight stay. We ate at the attached bistro where the young staff appeared to be very overworked.

It was basic decor and a bit dated but had everything we needed for a couple of days. Pool was great and considering there is a bar on the premises really quiet. Great location. Could do with bigger plates.
