I booked the trip through Expedia and in my bill was stated the resort fee. When I check in they charged me a second resort fee. On top of that, most the amenities were unavailable during my stay. The lady checking in gave me an attitude because I booked through a third party and stated I wouldn’t receive Hilton rewards. She gave me the room next to the laundry room which was in constant use and loud. I will think twice before stay there again.

Parking at this facility is 25$ per night which the website didnt mention. When i checked in and came to know about it, I called expedia. The representative wanted me to cancel my reservation and he would help me make a new one at a different property. It was 9pm at night, that was the response from expedia. Then he hung up on me when I told him that was not a viable option. So pls check with property before booking. All things are not listed. This parking fees was in addition to the 25$ per day resprt fees (plus taxes). The staff at the hotel was really nice though. They had complementary coffee at front desk with hydrogenated hazelnut flavor, no creamers! So much so for resort fees :)

There are hidden charges. Parking was not included as a seperate $25 per day by expedia. Expedia cheated along with hilton. The resort fee is supposed to include 2 bottles of water per day. I had to fight to get it. Hilton claimed that it was only for the first day. The hotel did not have the room i reserved. What they gave is supposed to be an upgrade. It was terrible. This is the worst experiance at Kauaii among my 8 trips. All because of Expedia, Hilton hotel and the budget car rental through expedia. I spent $300 above what expedia promised and i am asking fir a refund.

Was not thrilled about the parking fee at the end when we checked out.its in a great location.room was not vary clean lots of cob webs and dust on everything. The staff was very responsive when we contacted them for towels and cleans.
