Maintenance is lack luster with marks on doors and furniture and walls and frames - dents that could be easily repaired. Locks on doors not working. Service was lacking with 3-4 calls over 1-2 days to get the same thing sent to my room. Very poor communication at check-in/by front desk staff. Non-friendly staff around property and on grounds of hotel.

Nice hotel!

Close to airport (15 - 20 mins), I think used to be the Aston property. Adjacent to a large public park and what seems like miles of walking/biking path which runs next to the ocean. Very nice lobby, rooms were large tho the grounds are pretty tired.

Wasn't really anything we liked about the property. When we checked in we were surprised it was only branded as a Hilton and not built as one, so the quality was low, it's an old property. We got dinged for $25/day parking which was not listed on Expedia and also $25/day mandatory activities fee which was not listed on Expedia, either. Requests to clean the room or even change towels daily were ignored so we had to get our towels at the front desk. Lamp shades had water stains and the bathroom had bad, old caulking around it. Matresses and Pillows were old, too. We couldn't get the fridge hi enough temp and it kept freezing our goods.

An aging hotel which, nether the less, is set on beautiful grounds which include Koi ponds, close beach proximity, lengthy walking paths, nice dining facilities, patios and pools. The 'hidden' costs were overly hidden in the 'fine' print and not clarified when I checked in. Buyer be ware.

Realize that it is not a Hilton but …. They overbook parking so even if paid for may not have a parking spot available; the corridors need better/more often cleaning - can understand the occasional leaves blowing in but not bottle tops and napkins; the coffee is very very weak

Mandatory amenity fees are unfair when you stay over the weekend amd can't take advantage of them. Jacuzzi water was extremely hot. No one could get in. Parking late night can be challenging. Very clean and beautiful.
