We had a wonderful stay, the Junior Suite was perfect for our family, well appointed, clean, and with a balcony to soak in the atmosphere. The staff were fantastic: would recommend and will be coming back.

Hotel was close to the main square. Room & beds were clean and comfortable. Due to the unique windows in the hotel it was a landmark to be able to easily spot from a distance. 2 areas that challenge the hotels rating: 1) Parking is paid and you have to check in prior to being able to park. This is offset in that there is an ample pull out in front of the hotel to stop in while you check in. 2) Some of the finishing painting / carpentry appears to have been hurried. It does not impact the stay but it was noticeable.

The hotel is in a very good position for walking to sights and restaurants. The room was clean, a good size and well appointed. The only downside was that the air conditioning was switched off at this time of year (end of September) and on a sunny day the room was very warm. The windows would only partially open and at night had to be closed to keep street noise out.

Very convenient and pleasant
Well situated for the centre of town. A few minutes walk to the Grand Place with all the bar and cafes. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient and secure, if a little tight. The hotel and room was comfortable. Quite a lively area

I had a good night’s stay at the Best Western Why Lille. Comfortable room and bed, free minibar, nice shower and bathroom and a very friendly greeting on arrival. There were some maintenance issues with my room which was a surprise for a relatively new hotel; while disappointing these did not affect my stay. The restaurant’s evening offering is limited but the food was nice. Good location to explore Lille.

Great location, easy parking (if you pre book), some very nice rooms - we had a suite and it had a fabulous huge roof terrace with sofa and sun beds. The best thing about the hotel by far is the staff. Nothing is too much trouble and they all go out of their way to help you- the staff exceeded my expectations by a long way.

Lovely stay in lille
Wonderful welcome from Jean-Baptiste on reception who couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful, giving us lots of recommendations and handy tips. Room was lovely and big, well furnished and good to have choice of foregoing a full bedroom clean for 2 free drinks in the bar! The only thing which spoilt it slightly, but not the hotels fault was noise from the local bars, expecially as Euros were on during our stay!
