Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff, cool bar, lovely front kaw with deckchairs etc, very relaxed and child-friendly, room a little small but super-clean and well-designed, lication excellent especially for the Palais des Beaux Arts. Also breakfasts are excellent.

Lovely building, good location, located in walking distance to the Palais des Beaux Arts and not too far from Lille town centre. Complimentary welcome drinks, rooms were clean and tidy, comfy bed, but slight stagnant smell from the bathroom.

Wonderful hotel and staff, just missed having tea & coffee facilities in the room (no kettle, tea bags or coffee) as they didn’t serve hot drinks in the hotel in the evening. And was unable to make ourselves a drink in the room in the morning.
