We have stayed at this hotel for over 10 years, it’s just the best. We love the location whether for visiting christmas markets, or just travelling to the Alps and stopping off en-route. We love sitting in the lounge playing the games, especially pac-man. Rooms are very clean and spacious and staff always super friendly. Lots of restaurants walking distance from italian to lovely delis, or buffalo grill, also now serving food in the hotel itself too. Parking is easy and lots and safe.

On our way home from the Alsace region, we chose to stay in Lile. I specifically searched for a hotel with a pool, as we had a pool all holiday and it was my wife's birthday, so i wanted something special. When we went to go to the pool it was tiny, full with 3 kids on inflatables and looked dirty and unwelcoming. We went back to our room and did not use the pool. It was a very average room and for the money was not premium in any way. It was like a normal chain hotel room, but we paid premium price

Enjoyable stay

This is a good location for getting out and about. Just a sort distance off the A1. Couldn’t fault the staff, all were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was good with a couple of hot elements. We didn’t use the restaurant in the evening as we eat out as attending the rugby World Cup as it was a very short distance to the stadium. I would consider staying here again

Worst Novotel hotel in France. I have picked your place as usually the service level remains very high. Well…, not this time. You guys definitely can do better. One bright point, the bartender in lobby bar trying hard to save the situation caused by his colleague from the front desk.
