Great place for a stop over. Comfortable, clean and tidy. It would benefit from laundry facilities, so we drove into Lilydale to the laundrette.

Stayed here once. It was an ok stay. The bathroom was a little on the dirty side...we were lucky to get a discount on our stay for organising at the last minute...so we got what we paid for...room was otherwise fine and we ended up having a decent nights sleep...which is always a bonus.

Look it was a bit of a sad situation, it seemed that a portion of the motel was being used as long term accommodation for people who were in disadvantaged situations. Motel rooms just aren’t made for long term stays especially if children are involved. It was a real eye opener and made me sad that there are people especially children living in such conditions.

Really poor room. Don't rate it at all. Dirty especially the bed I pulled back the sheets to find a blood stained mattress protector. Disgusting. Slept on top if the covers once I had layed down the towels supplied.

They were not very strict on check out punctuality, which i liked. The gardens were very overgrown which i didnt like. The water pressure was amazing which i liked! The staff were somewhat rude to my partner which i didnt like

Rubbish overflowing rubbish bin outside , cigarette bin outside, of room on wall 1 bin for approx 40 rooms stank to high heaven anb permeated the room , disgusting for non smokers

Room was clean spacious and comfortable. I chose it due to soundproofing as advertised. It’s not soundproofed. Metal stairs are noisy as is anyone turning up in car park at all hours of the day and night, the rooms are very affected by noise.

It’s under renovations but very old and other rooms had dogs in them 😫 had to ask for coffee mugs , wine glasses and toilet roll for our room , the rooms is not finished off properly and still need work done on them , it’s not a very attractive property from the road , website and photos are not a true indication 😡 but cheap considering it’s close to Melbourne
