Very Good

Very good location - close to old town (10 min walk), train/bus stations - 10 min walk, shopping street - 5 min walk.
We had a very good full Irish breakfast, very clean room.
One elevator didn't work. No internet in the rooms and had to move rooms and still no internet. Cost me money and they refuse to reimburse me. I couldn't do my work needed. Terrible service. My daughters room was infested with bugs. I emailed them 3 times and have not received any call back. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Property was very clean but our room was a little outdated. The hotel was also under construction during our stay but we were not affected by the work.

The hotel was noisy, it appeared to have a number of families residing in it. Most evenings the sound of children playing or running up hallways on another floor. The hotel also needs a refurb and is looking tired and grubby inside. Only plus was the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.
Terrible Parking. No handicap shower available, despite staying for 8 days. Hotel occupied primarily by refugees so there is significant wear and tear.

Nice but dated.
I stayed 1 night on business. There is no parking included in the hotel rate, there is a publuc carpark at the back of the hotel and you get a special overnight rate of €11. I chose another carpark which was 5 minutes walk away in Howleys Quay where a 24 hour pass was €12. I went there because I had business in the area the following day and the hotel rate only covered until checkout time, which meant i would end up paying for the rest of the day.
The entrance to the hotel wasnt obvious, the facade was very dark. The lobby was nice and checkin was fast and efficient.
The room was very clean but had that feeling of a lot of hotel rooms - outdated and rudimentary. The bathroom was spotless but nothing luxurious.
There were excellent blackout blinds and the soundproofing was good, considering my room was overlooking a busy road.
There was no safe in the room which I found unusual in a busy city hotel which is rated 4 star.
At best, I would have rated the hotel 3 star. It was an average hotel which suited my needs for a 1 night business stay but I'll look for another hotel in the area next time.
Stayed when in Limerick for Munster v Saracens. Clean, modern, comfy rooms. Love the pub/ bar, decent food and beer. Staff helped with early check in where possible. About 35 minutes to Thormond park and close to some good pubs. Would book again if Saracens come back to Limerick.
