We only stayed one night. Very helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable and quiet. A self-service laundry is available on the ground floor. We were surprised to find that the machines (one washer, one dryer) were controlled by a smartphone app. It actually worked quite well, notifying us when the load was done.

La habitación que nos tocó, estaba en malas condiciones. El canapé estaba roto y no lo notamos hasta que nos disponiamos descansar fue complicado usarlo. Las puertas todas rechinan. La parrilla de la cocina no funcionaba bien pues botaba el breacker. Las lamparitas de junto a la cama no funcionaban.El personal muy amable y atento pero ya nos dimos cuenta de todos los problemas tarde y no quisimos avisar para evitar complicaciones de que nos csmbiaran de habitacion. Ojala arreglen estos detalles que hacen que parezca descuidado.

Nous cherchions un endroit où nous reposer en famille, sur le trajet d'un long voyage. L'accueil était impeccable et la chambre également. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking privé, qui est proposé en supplément. Nous l'avons pris pour pouvoir stationner dans un lieu sécurisé. Nous avons pris aussi les petits déjeuners. Le buffet était assez restreint et il n'y avait qu'une seule machine pour les cafés et chocolats donc il fallait attendre un peu, en période d'affluence. L'établissement est très confortable malgré tout.

Aceuil très désagrément on est arrivés a 20h on a attendu une heure pour faire l enregistrement et on a prevenu qu on alle venir a cette heure ci a 21h elle nous qu elle accepte plus les payements par chèque vacances alors que c était a partir de minuit ,la manière de traiter les clients médiocre surtout que la plupart des clients s arrêtaient pour passer une nuit pour se reposer de la route du voyage!appartement sale ,ses araignées partout!!
