Lovely hotel very clean and comfortable. Great staff

Accueil très agréable et convivial. Chambre très calme. Personnel bienveillant et poli. Tout pour rendre le séjour agréable. Petit déjeuner buffet généreux. Quartier le vieux Vichy à deux pas de la cathédrale très charmant.

Room was very small. Balcony needed to be cleaned, full of pidgin droppings. Kitchenette would be useful but not needed by us.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Arverna! We arrived very late after traveling to Vichy for the Tour de France, with a large group, three rooms, and what felt like an endless amount of luggage. The manager could not have been more patient, kind, and accommodating throughout our arrival. They made a potentially stressful check-in so easy and welcoming. Although it was a quick stay, everything was spotless, comfortable, and well cared for. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we’re ever back in Vichy. Thank you for making us feel so welcome! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
