We only stayed for one night, but overall our experience was positive. The airport shuttle service was excellent. The organisation was very professional, it was easy to locate staff at the airport, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. There were, however, a few issues with our room. It did not appear to be cleaned to the expected standard, as we found several hairs on the bedside tables and on the floor. In addition, when I requested clean towels in the morning, I was asked to bring the dirty towels to the member of staff who was cleaning. I did not feel this was an appropriate guest experience and was disappointed by the interaction. On a positive note, breakfast was good, and plenty to choose from and the staff in the breakfast area were proactive, helpful, and attentive.
