Staff was excellent. Front desk carried my bags up the steps for me. Furniture and carpet in the room are worn and need replacing. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. There was no port to plug my phone in to charge.

When we checked in, they gave a room that had dust on the floor and various items were not cleaned very well. We complained and they gave us another room, which we found dirty in three areas, to which and they came and cleaned those areas after being notified. There was not a chair in the room, you had to sit on the bed. We stayed for two nights

We spent extra for a room with a hot tub but within ten minutes received a noise complaint. Not much we could do as we are on the 2nd floor and jets are loud.

When we arrived in our room there was no refrigerator in our room we had to go ask for one. The hallway smelled terrible of some kind of paint or chemical of some sort. And when we got back that evening from our outing we wanted to get in the jacuzzi to relax so we filled it up. And when i wemt to get in it the water was cold! That is the reason we rented that room and didnt even get to use it!

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in

This place looked nice in photos when I booked. I thought I made a good choice for my family to swim/sleep after driving for 10 hours. When I got there, I noticed the pool and hottub were down. That was a huge disappointment especially for my kids whom I promised we would swim that night. The lady at the front hadn't a clue as to what she was doing when checking in and made me question if I made the right choice. The moment I walked into the room, I was mortified. It was in terrible condition, unclean and has roaches dead and alive on the floor. The toilets were not cleaned and still had urine on the seats, the sink and tub still showed specs of dirt and debris, the bathroom floor hadn't been swept as well as the carpets near the sink. Hair tie was left there as a souvenir, furniture was in terrible shape and had clearly been chewed on by a dog. The fridge didn't close completely, compromising our food. I felt so uncomfortable, I went to the desk to demand another room. That was even worse. I was a mess at that point. I went back to the desk to ask for a refund so I could leave and go somewhere else but the lady would not help me. She even argued with me, essentially calling me a liar about the rooms being unkempt. At some point I just had to accept my circumstance and learn from it, but take it from me and other Google reviews DO NOT STAY HERE! I have never felt so uncomfortable in a hotel as I was here.

We were given a room that was not cleaned. There was soap in the bathtub, broken glass all over the carpet in front of vanity, mold on the wall and the pool was closed. The front desk was nice but seemed hesitant to resolve my issue until she saw the broken glass. The hallway smelled like cigarettes and fried food.

Booked a weekend room for my partner and I. Upon arrival they could not find my reservation right away, which was okay, things happen. Upon arriving to the room, it was mediocre clean, small pieces of trash or candy wrappers were found by bed and nightstands. Didn't seem like it was dusted very well. Spa tub in room had a broken light fixture that was somewhat attached to ceiling but visibly broken, the light did work. Tub wasn't very clean, visible light molding. Could not use the tub due to the facility running out of hot water. This was rather disappointing as this is one of the main reasons the room was booked. Front desk was not helpful and we were just told to wait. Staff was not apparent around the facilty. A fight broke out while we were staying. We primarily stayed in our room. Stayable for maybe a night or two, but personally I would look elsewhere.
