Great stay, The room and hotel was very clean and the beakfast was hot and plenty to choose from. The staff was remarkable and friendly. Honestly we have stayed in Best Western, Holiday Inn, Faifield, and various other chain hotels. This location has it going on and all other chains and locations need to take notice and improve.

Exceeded Expectations

There was nothing negative about our stay. When we arrived we were surprised to walk into our room and see that we had been given a free upgrade. The room was quiet and clean. We are not the kind that is concerned about having a breakfast provided, but we were not blind to all that was on offer either: several teas, several milks including almond, sugar free apple sauce, gluten free options behind the front desk (something I have never before encountered at a hotel and that my body was grateful for). For those that can process gluten the waffle game was off the charts. Two different waffle press design options, regular or red velvet cake batter, red white and blue sprinkles, chocolate chips, whipped cream... We didn't see anyone leave the breakfast area empty handed. We highly recommend this Americinn and when we return to Lincoln we plan to stay again. Thank you guys!

I booked this room for a family member who needed to get away for the night. When I explained the situation, staff were caring and asked questions to help keep my family member safe. I don’t know how the rooms or amenities were, but I can tell you that if they care that much about a guest, I’m sure they were perfect.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. The continental breakfast was one of the best we’ve had, lots of options. The location is very central with restaurants and shops within walking distance. If ever passing through Lincoln again we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here.

The pool was very nice, the breakfast was well stocked (2 waffle makers), the bed was comfy (4 pillows), I liked it! The simple furniture and plank flooring give the room a clean vibe. The laundry machines worked well and the laundry room was good with a table/shelf for folding. The only thing I did not like was that the Internet was really tricky. One has to login with Wyndham rewards to get basic Internet or pay a fee for faster Internet. For some reason, I could never get the connection to last more than 30 to 60 seconds on the basic internet, despite updating my passwords, etc. finally I gave up and used my cell phone since it had a strong 5g signal. The front desk was helpful but the connection kept failing when I went back to my room. I hope they review the internet setup up and make it truly simple to use so I can recommend staying here.

Bed was super firm but comfortable. Shower was tough to get some actual hot water without it being scalding and the bottle of body wash was completely empty. Breakfast was pretty typical for a hotel breakfast but the eggs had a really weird texture.
