Maintenance issues aren't fun. First, the window latch on the room was broken. No way to secure the window if we left the room. The sink wouldn't drain unless you lifted up the plug. The shower didn't drain unless you held the plug open with your toe. Other than that, the front desk at a 9pm check-in was outstanding. That alone made our stay bearable.

Woke up at 4:15 in the morning and flipped on the light to see bed bugs. Had to check out immediately and destroy my belongings. Was barely offered an apology and comping my room wasn't much help

Nice option for stay in Seward
Our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The breakfast was decent for a small continental style meal. We were disappointed that the pool was not in service though. Would stay again if in town.

The room was quite comfortable but I am always disappointed when I cannot get a bathroom and shower that is accessible. Adequate grab bars at the shower and toilet could make all the difference.

This hotel was great and much more reasonably priced than anything else around! It was very clean and had a good, even hot, breakfast. The beds and pillows could use an update but they were still comfortable. There was also tea and Seattle's Best coffee available 24/7 and a cart with all kinds of toiletries in case you needed something. We were so happy to find this and it was only a few minutes off of I-80.

I like that the lounge features local beer and wine. My room was ok but the toilet ran unless you giggled the handle. The curtains were falling down. These things should be reported by housekeeping and repaired before having a guest stay in the room. The gym and laundry machines are in the same room. Having a gym was clearly an afterthought. Skip the indoor pool, they are rarely used.
