Booked a deluxe double room which was excellent with a very comfy bed and pillows. Window kept out all the noise from the bypass. Will definitely book to stay at this hotel when we visit family again. Highly recommend.

This is a real wow place. We paid a very reasonable rate for a great hotel. The attached restaurant is an American Diet style and served great food

Mixed bag of very good and not so good

Lovely room and comfy bed but breakfast was very expensive, the shower was a trickle, toilet seat loose, no shower gel in the dispenser and very noisy occupants next room. So some aspects first class others need attention. We would go back though

Booked the hot tub suite and when arrived was told they didn’t have my booking or the room that we booked, when he looked at computer he found my booking and said ‘whoops, sorry’ he booked us a standard room and yeah refunded the difference but this spoiled our birthday trip so will not stay here again.
