Rooms are dirty. AC unit is too loud. Faucet knobs are broken. Breakfast was good. Paid $350 for this room because of the fall color season. Not worth it.

I cannot stress enough how much this facility should be condemned and shut down. Blood, dirt, mold, very unsanitary. Did not dare to turn on the AC as it was so full of dirt and mold for fear do becoming sick. Blood on the mattress, carpet, power outlet in bathroom. Hair all over floor in the bathroom Door to bathroom so swelled from water damage from the tub flooding it would barely close. Hair and junk in the bedside table. Phone not hooked up in room to call front desk. It was covered in grime. Mattresses so old they sagged in the middle. Hair in the towels. They should be paying people to stay here

Staff was pleasant. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Parking was great, right in front of our door. Entry light didn’t work and shower faucet was missing a handle which made it difficult to turn on.

The staff was very nice and welcoming, especially Chris! Breakfast was also very good, the waffles were amazing! The bathroom, however, was not very clean. There were hairs in the tub and on the shower wall. There was built-up dirt around the sink drain, and the faucet was broken. Overall it was convenient but cleanliness should be taken more seriously so guests feel more comfortable.

Indoor / outdoor pools were nice. Hot tub is big. Little dated. Neighbors were outside smoking alot. smoke comes through the gaps in the doors . So its as if someone is in your room smoking. Plus you can hear everything. Lights are so bright outside everydoor that your room is lit right up. Breakfast is make your own waffles , toast , cereal, oatmeal and yogart. Muffins prepackaged had mold. Otherwise its not far from lots of things to see and do. Restaurant/ bar two buildings over.

Never gonna stay here again. I’ve stayed a handful of times and it’s always disappointing- a little dirty and not very comfortable but ok for the price. This time we got a room directly next to the front office, where a late night guest showed up and they were “making noise” for over an hour around 2am. The walls are paper thin. Could literally hear the breathing through the wall. The place didn’t seem that busy so not sure why they’d put us next to the office with those plans in place for later. The bathtub was also dirty and stained blue for some reason. Ended up leaving in the middle of the night and getting a room at the quality inn next door. WAY nicer room way cleaner and comfier bed. This place isn’t worth the savings.
