This hotel has to be one of the best in Nebraska. The property is so clean. The staff are so helpful and kind. The rooms are pristine and beautiful.The lobby with the bar is GORGEOUS. I would and WILL absolutely come back and stay here again. An absolute must if you’re going to stay in Lincoln!!!

The ac wasn't working properly when we checked in, however guest services made sure to change the filter, and provide a fan to make it extra cool for me! They were quick to accommodate, they checked in via text regularly which made me feel seen and heard. Really loved the stay, accommodating across the board!

Our experience at Embassy Suites in Lincoln was wonderful. Check in was easy and the staff was pleasant & very helpful. The room was very clean & quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I have never left a review of a hotel before but feel compelled to write one! The front desk person was so rude when I didn't want to sign up for a rewards program and told me I would not get Internet in my room if I didn't. Weird?! I didn't and we still had Internet. It's also SO loud in the room. You can hear cars going by..on the 7th floor! You can also hear the floor above you walking/running around and water turning on/off. So surprising! There were crumbs all over the desk chair and couch, no washclothes in the bathroom, Kleenex box had one Kleenex floating on top of the box and then was empty. Next morning found out that there was no shampoo and conditioner in the provided bottles. I just thought for splurging for a "nice" hotel, $260/room, there wouldn't have been these issues.
