Be careful. You may NOT get the room you pay for!
We booked our suite for 5 people (parents plus three older teens) almost two weeks prior to the trip. We contacted Hotels.com when we were unable to contact the hotel to alert them about late arrival that night due to some serious storms. We arrived after midnight after nearly 8 hours of driving. We were checked in promptly and we went up to our room only to find it was NOT a suite. It was a standard room. I immediately went down to let them know so we could get into the suite we booked and paid for which would accommodate 5 people. We were told they had nothing. They could “give us some bedding” to “make a sleeping spot on the floor”. Our rate was not adjusted. The employee seemed unbothered by their error but the trainee was very apologetic. We were stuck due to the late hour and our son had to sleep on the hotel floor. AWFUL. So unhappy about this.

Not impressed my room was only visited once in five days. My bin was not emptied or my towels changed. All they had to do was my bin and towels, I made my own bed and my room was always neat and tidy.

A newer hotel in a quiet area beside the little Lincoln airport. Food was a 2 mile drive into town but a big gas station nearby had good sandwiches & snacks. Two elevators for 4 floors was good for taking bikes to the room.

A hotel front desk personnel, Aubrey, improved what could’ve been a horrible stay. We went into our room to discover signs of someone trying the bed (looking at the pillow and stains on the bedding). We explained the situation, and Aubrey offered a genuine apology and assigned another upgraded room. She took care of us efficiently and with composure while four other people were behind me. FYI, the long line was due to her working alone. At some other point, I saw her going into the room, changing out the sheets, and coming back to the front desk in the most professional manner. The place is not run well—it seems short-staffed at night. I hope Aubrey will be rewarded as she deserves for doing an excellent job of covering the shortcomings that occurred at this hotel. I encountered a couple who had visited a year prior, and they mentioned that the place seemed disorganized on their last visit. FYI, the breakfast is close to continental breakfast, with the only hot item being waffles—others were cereal, packaged pastries, and yogurt.

The mattress was concave on one side of the bed. No air conditioning in the hallway. No bell at service desk to notify staff that there are customers are waiting to check in.

I had a horrible night's sleep and when I got out of bed, I realized why. The bed had a giant depression in it, a "crater" I slept in. And I weigh only 130 lbs! How no one had ever replaced that mattress I cannot figure out. When I told the staff at the front desk (very politely), the manager grunted at me and then turned around and walked in the back. Strangest behavior I've ever seen in hotel staff... and she's the manager! The employee at the front didn't know what to say. She just weakly apologized and then tried to charge me again for the room. (I had pre-payed). Jeesh. The breakfast attendant was no better - she actually scowled at people. Most things that went out of stock at breakfast (within the first 30 mins of service) weren't replenished. It was all around a really sad hotel experience.
