Adorable motel with recently renovated cabins. New bed and bedding, bathroom was recently painted and had a new toilet. Cabins are older but the owners have taken the time to keep them fresh. An excellent location for hikers, such as myself, wanting a warm bed for a good nights rest and be near trailhead but not have to pay an arm and a leg. Will definitely be back.

The room was very dated and cold. The heater was old and not very warming...bathroom was very cold and the floor was freezing. The lock was broken and had to be given a different unit. No extra amenities

The motel cabin is bare bones. Uncomfortable bed. Rug was damp and had a specific odor. Nice staff

Our room was nice and the bed was comfortable. It’s a motel with older furnishing, but for the price, that is to be expected. My only complaint is that our bathroom had hair in the shower and around the sink, and that grossed me out. The rest of the room was clean and I had no complaints. Parking was convenient and check in/out was easy.

Comfortable place near Lincoln
The property is in a quieter spot of town away from the congestion in the center. It's also an easy drive to get to downtown Lincoln.

A delightful bit of nostalgia
I had a 2 bedroom cottage and it was delightful. The staff was friendly and helped. A basic accommodation that may not be for everyone, but I enjoyed my stay.

This property is about five miles from the main street of Lincoln NH. It is a quiet road, with several other hotels along the road. What was cool about this motel was it was right next to the Pemigewasset River, so I could hear the water flowing down the river when I had the window open. It was a quiet water flow and helped lure me to sleep. : ) The only drawback to the motel was the wi-fi dropped out a few times during my one night stay. I would recommend this location for short (1 or 2 nights) stay.

Nice self contained unit with a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Although obviously an older unit it’s equally obvious that it is well looked after and I thought a great value for the area.
