Refrigerator didn’t work, moved to new room next to fans trying to dry hallway flooded with water, and had to smell the stale water while having to listen to the fans all night. Can think of a dozen other locations I could have stayed at and not had issues for $150+ for the night.

Perfect location for UNL events

Perfect location for attending a UNL basketball game because the arena, our son’s dorm and the Newman Center are all within walking distance. Parking is very difficult in Lincoln so it was nice to have the hotel parking garage and just leave our vehicle there all weekend.

Was first checked into a dirty room that was marked clean. After that I was checked into a room that the blinds did not work so I had street lights blinding me/keeping me awake while I was trying to sleep. The front desk representative was accommodating and apologetic when they found out about the problems with the first room. But the problems with the second room were found to late to switch rooms so we dealt with the problems.

Only one issue…

My stay was fantastic! Staff very friendly. Clean. Great location downtown. Just one issue they need to resolve. Signs are posted it’s 100% smoke free hotel. Unfortunately when employees/staff go for a break, their smoke lingers inside the building/elevator. Plus, walking in front door from a beautiful walk around town, guest are smoking right in front of the door. I had to walk thru to get into building. If they can do better with that, it’s a great place to stay..

Family visit

Clean nice hotel. Would have been perfect except for two things. One do not get a room next to O stree. We were on the third floor and the road racing and traffic until 2 am were not great for a tired family. Also 20 dollar parking fee. Ugh. Otherwise, good breakfast with options and yummy. And close to lied center.

I went to Lincoln to spend my birthday with my daughter who goes to UNL. The room was comfy and I LOVED the windows and view. We weren’t able to airplay to the tv but that was a minor hiccup. Breakfast was good loved having Kurtis in the room. Staff was extremely friendly will definitely stay again.
