It’s been years since I’ve stayed at a Holiday Inn and I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms/common areas were clean. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Kids loved the automatic pancake maker. My only request would be for more fresh fruit. The bananas and oranges were unappetizing. But, that’s being very picky, overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend.

Our stay was great. The hotel is in great shape. We did have an issue with the hotel staff not cleaning the rooms while we were out because it seems we left the do not disturb sign out while we were at breakfast. We removed the sign when left for the day, but our rooms were not cleaned. There is also an issue with the USB plugs in the outlets not easily accessible due to being not lined up properly.

Excellent staff from the reception desk to the kitchen. Excellent property condition from the grounds to the bathrooms to the ice machine, etc. - all of which points back to a solid staff and organization, much of which is not seen but simply experienced during a stay. Operations like this keep Holiday Inn at the top of my list when I am on the road.
