Gorgeous view. The room was a bit shabby but clean. The bed was a brick, so sleep was limited. Supposedly body wash, shampoo, and conditioner bottles mounted in the shower, but all were empty(my husband uses those)

The location and views are beautiful, the staff was helpful and very friendly. The rooms are a bit outdated, however, this is minor when your staying at such a great location. I will definitely stay here again! It has a lot to offer!

Was expecting a resort experience. More like a motel. Staff at check in didn’t offer any info on hotel restaurants (which were closed for lunch) or the hours for the amenities at the property. Hiking nearby was awesome though!

The location was very convenient to state park locations and restaurants. It had a nice little pond out back that you could paddle boat in. The only negative I would say is the pillows were very uncomfortable. Bring your own. Other than that, great staff, good breakfast, good location, clean room.

Many black hairs in bathtub and on floor in bathroom. I folded the sheets back to find 3 more same color and thickness as those found in the bathroom. The doors are rotted at the bottoms. I have stayed with you folks in past, but I am glad there are a miriad of choices in the area. My plus for the property, the night and food was handled very well, hats off to that team.

The place is beautiful, the staff was all great and accommodating. The pool is great. The area outside is beautiful. The room could use a more thorough cleaning and even the new rooms the carpet was like it has been wet. But we loved overall

This hotel is very nice, it just needs a lot of updating. The lake, swimming pools are nice. If you are ever looking to see the night sky, the Flume Gorge or Echo Beach is a good place to go to.
