The front desk clerk was very knowledgeable and helpful. He asked if I wanted first or second floor which was great because I have a bad knee (1st floor).
The mattress was far too soft, but the room had a refrigerator and microwave along with free Wi-Fi. If you can overlook the hotel’s desperate need of refurbishment, it’s ok for a short stay.
They took half an hour to come to the desk for check in. They then told me they could not find my booking. I insisted I had already paid through Hotels.com. They then found me but told me they had no non- smoking rooms. They sent me next door to their ‘sister’ hotel. They gave me a room that literally just had a bed in it.
This is the second pathetic hotel that Hotels.com has given me. I’m almost ready to ditch you guys

It's a basic hotel, don't ask too much. It's convenient by its location just outside the airport.
Made a reservation way in advance got there and there was nobody at the desk. Called on the phone and the very rude guy said no rooms. I stated that I had a reservation and he said all reservations are based on room availability so it's pointless to even make a reservation. Had to find a new hotel for me and my young children
The hotel ran out of rooms despite me being pre-paid and calling to tell them I would arrive around midnight. They sent me next door to Sunset Inn. Entire building was a DUMP. Smelled like cat pee in the halls. Ceiling was flaking off in chunks in my room. Cracked tub, leaking tub, holes in walls. At least there weren't bugs!
This place is not honest. We reached it and they were not offering what they stated in the advertisement. They told us not to register and we can leave and not get charge. Yet, now Orbitz tells me they stated we stayed there. We actually booked another place for the same night. So we paid for two places and they stole our money.
Be careful, this is a hotel of thieves.

Ceiling was peeling off. Only one lamp/light. It was dark. AC really didn't work well. The place was falling apart. Needed serious maintance. Door was so tight I thought the lock was broke and was stuck in the room. I will NEVER go back
I like that it was quiet and not too many disturbances. But the upkeep of the room could use a little bit more work. Overall I will more than likely make another arrangement for a few more nights stay in the coming days hopefully.
The photos on their website are fictional. The desk person stated they don’t have anything that is on the website since they don’t have one. Rooms were dirty, sheets on the bed were dirty and stained, bathroom was dirty and obviously not cleaned in a long time, room smelled like mold. We refused to stay and requested a refund. Why Expedia even lists this hotel is a mystery. Do not even consider staying here. The surrounding ares was very run down with boarded up buildings nearby.
We didn't even get to check in they didn't even have the room that we booked. We made the reservation just after midnight and yet the guy at the front desk told me I was lucky he was checking me in at all because technically he didn't have to. Then I got a lecture about when I had to check out by.
I liked it was next to the airport. I didn't like the heat didn't work, I was moved to a new room, fan didn't work in the bathroom, tub drain clogged up when taking a shower, water stains on the ceiling throughout the room, carpets are nsppy and worn out, and worst of all they got roaches. Had the nerve to ask for $20 cash deposit even though I pre paid for the room with a credit card. Needs to be shut down and remodeled.
There’s nothing luxurious about the luxury inn. It smells like cigarettes everywhere. The hallways are filled with trash. When I went into my room, it was freezing. The heater was broken or off, and the front desk guy came to to fix it. It was on for about an hour and did nothing to heat up the room. I could not stay the night. I just left and demanded a refund for the poor upkeep of the place. Never go there unless you’re okay with sleeping in trashy places.
Ultimately… it’s fine. I was rather disturbed by the state of my room. Several of the outlets didn’t function, one of the lamps (the only light sources available) didn’t work at all, and there were a number of bugs in my room when I got there. Can’t say I recommend this hotel but it’s definitely cheap…
