We were able to check in early, The rooms were clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was more than enough for us. I would definitely recommend The hotel to my friends and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Lovely little place, staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful made you feel like you were regulars which personally i loved. Food was amazing and all freshly cooked compliments to the chefs on site. Room was very comfortable and clean, and so quiet.

Adored our stay here! The location is perfect for sightseeing, shopping and tons of dining options. The staff was lovely and accommodating and stored our luggage for us upon arrival and departure. Such a charming area to stay in and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Lincoln.

Hotel was welcoming very friendly and helpful staff. Room good facilities excellant,comfortable bed pillows not to our liking but ok. Very comfortable stay

Very nice comfortable stay. Ideally placed if you want to visit the castle & the cathedral. Only things to be aware of is that there is music until pub closing.

Lovely pub but rock hard beds

Lovely bar and restaurant. Staff very friendly. Room 5 was very small and the bed was the most uncomfortable bed and pillows I have ever slept on. My partner likes a hard bed but he said this was like sleeping on blue circle cerement. Shame as we stay in Lincoln quite often but would not stay again because of this.

Great location, great room, the only thing that let the hotel down was our evening meal which was not at the standard we had previously experienced and staff managing restaurant on the evening did let it down. Saying that, breakfasts were fabulous, and otherwise great experience and will definitely stay again.
