Best Room Ever!

The staff was friendly, and the rooms and breakfast were wonderful. The glass shower was fancy and the closet was big enough to change our clothes. We just didn't like the noise the glass partition made on the desk.

I would give it five stars but they must’ve forgotten to clean the toilet before I checked in. There was urine splatter all over the toilet seat. The couch had some stains as well. Other than that it’s a nice hotel.

Staff and overall cleanliness was superb. I stay at hotels for sleep. When we first headed to room, elevators and hall smelled of sewer. It was raining pretty hard and I assumed sewer wasn’t flowing good. We went to dinner and when we came back, smell was gone. We prepared to go to sleep early because of big plans next day. There were kids running around above us around 9pm, so we turned on TV to drown out noise. I don’t sleep good with TV on. Turned off around midnight. Kids started running again around 2:30am. We finally called down around 3:30am. They seemed to know where noise was coming from and it stopped fairly quickly (my guess, one of staffs kids). Around 5:30 am people started showering and the pipes in the walls started hammering. Stopped after about 30 minutes. 7am, the fire alarm in our room malfunctioned and came on. Then the desk called (which is expected) and woke us out of bed. We packed and left. When I told the people at the desk when checking out, it was like it wasn’t a shocker to them. They had zero comments.

I’ve been to this location twice, and I love that it’s always clean and quiet. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. I travel for work and will definitely be back.
