A yellowed tissue was found under the bed, and glitter was scattered all over the floor. The floor was not well cleaned. Everything else was fine.

Don't be fooled by high rating

The 9.8 rating is for Facility Only - this is a new property. The service is terrible. Long wait to check in for no reason. The pillows are so tiny + no room amenities. Trying to find someone who works there is very challenging; obviously due to poor management. The outstanding 'Facility' will not last long with these guys - soon it will not help them keep such a good rating. Don't be fooled by their high rating.

Don’t let the low rate deter you.

We booked this hotel because it was pet friendly, close to the interstate, and affordable. We weren’t expecting much, but it surpassed all of our expectations. The rooms are nice and roomy with a great layout. The hotel itself is newer and very clean. Plenty of parking for our truck and trailer, lots of pet areas, and the staff was all very friendly. I’d highly recommend.

Exceptional!!!

Everything was exceptional at this hotel! Staff friendly and helpful. Room updated, spacious, and clean. Bed very comfortable! Quiet and safe location, convenient/walking distance to several excellent restaurants. Breakfast was tasty and very inviting; was nice to have the option to use real plates and silverware vs only plastic. One of our best stays.
