Monica was wonderful when i arrived. Check in easy. She showed me around and helped me make some tea. Sent me in the right direction of a beautiful park steps away. Set me in the right direction to walk to airport in morning. 20 minutes walkable I’m told.

This could not be more convenient for the airport. Parking right out front. Monica was excellent with check-in and recommendations. She even insisted on carrying my heavy suitcase up the stairs. It was secure and a nice quiet place to stay close to the airport.

Beautiful accommodation, but has an odor

The room was lovely and bed was comfortable. The remote for the TV did not work. There was a profound odor of sewer gases that woke me around 1 am. The smell was overwhelming.

Run down, small, smelly

We loved the place for our last night in the country, close to the airport and places to eat. The nice lady was up and ready for serving our breakfast as we had an early exit to the airport. Place is very cute and will stay again when we come back next year!

Appreciated the staff helping with dinner reservations and taxi to airport. Definitely would appreciate access to tea/coffee in room or a central location during the day. Good access to transit.

15 minute walk to airport

The hotel is close to the airport and for that reason a lot of people will book it. With only carry on luggage we had two choices -walk 15 minutes so we’re told or take a bus. There are two buses that stop a few steps away. We choose the later and thought it was well worth less than 2 euros each. Most travellers comment about the size of the room so I won’t. The room is spartan. The tv is the smallest we have seen in years. The hotel would benefit from tea/coffee in the room or in a shared location. Pop and beer in the fridge is not what I was craving when we arrived.

The hotel is in good condition, the staff were friendly and it was clean. Check in is 1500 hours but the graciously stored our bags and moved them to our room when it was ready. They asked for detailed check in info the day before so check in was seamless. The neighbourhood was mostly residential lacking a good selection of restaurants in the immediate area but they do have a list of recommendations. To be fair we stayed 1 night so we didn’t explore much and we only used the room. Buses run along the street and the metro is about a 25 minute walk west. The airport is a short 5/6€ Uber ride away.

Monica was great. The room itself was very nice and close to the airport. The building was quaint but quite noisy when other guests were coming/going as well as it being on a main road. We arrived at 7:30. Closest dining option was a 15 minute walk away which we never would have found without google maps. (We had an early morning flight so did not want to make the trek down to Lisbon city Center)
