This is a stunning hotel. It is centrally located to restaurants/bars and shopping. The staff went above and beyond. Perhaps the best customer service I have received at a hotel. The complimentary breakfast was fresh, and always well stocked with delicious items.

Great location and a brand new hotel. the staff was amazing and the hotel far surpassed our expectations. The hotel is located in Baxia which is the one area in Lisbon that is flat, less than 5 min walk from the water. Highly recommend!

This is a good hotel (not a 5 star though), in a good location with great staff members. I would have given a 4 star review however we ran into a sewage like smell in our room which was not bearable. The staff did move us to another room on the last day. No one knew why that smell came from. I was pleased the staff at the front desk assist with another room, but the management should look into this issue. The lobby on first floor also had some of this smell.

If you are on the fence and unsure about booking a stay in this hotel, just pull the trigger. You will not regret it and will not be disappointed. The staff is exceptional. They are friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. I work in interior design. The hotel is gorgeous! And comfortable! The lobby and restaurant are beautifully appointed. Each floor is a different color and design concept that is carried through each room. They thought of everything to make your stay memorable. Breakfast is included and is extensive and delicious. The hotel is conveniently located to everything. I cannot say enough good things about my week long visit.

Beautiful property, staff was first rate, in the Baixa, which is the main tourist hub, but on a side street, so dining, shopping, mass transit easily accessed. Recommend highly to any newby to Lisbon.
