The location was great for stepping right out into the heart of Chiado. The apt style rooms had plenty of space, tons of sunlight and great lightning and design details throughout. Floors are as expected for a renovated historical building, so you may hear footsteps above. Nights were mostly quiet aside from the occasional group of people leaving bars. We checked in late at night and received all our information prior to arrival in whats app. Originally, we were assigned to room 201, where we found the bathroom sliding door needed repairs. The next morning we were moved to another room quickly. We appreciated the front desk response time and were able to get out and exlopre all the shops, waterfront and padaria's in the neighborhood.

Everyone was extremely helpful and had great tips and advices navigating Lisbon and surrounding areas. The hotel is in a great location where many places are easy to walk to or catch a quick ride. I would sty here again anytime

Boutique Chiado Suites are in a perfect location - located on a quiet side street but a short walk to shopping, restaurants and the Trolley 28 Chiado stop. Staff was very friendly and provided great recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. Rooms were comfortable - with a little table and chairs plus a kitchen setup with plates and silverware for snacks - mostly wine and cheese for us. Would recommend. If you drive - there’s an underground parking lot that’s a 2 minute walk from the hotel, not inexpensive, but super convenient,

Do not book this hotel
Beware before booking. This was not what we expected for over $200 and we would not recommend to other travelers. There is no bolt on the room door, which made us feel unsafe, especially considering that anyone can walk until the building during the day and there is no doorman at night. The room also locks by code rather than a key, which felt less safe (we have no way of knowing the code is properly changed). The amenities are average at best, and certainly not up to standard of a 4-star hotel. Our window view led to a wall about 1 foot away, so we had no natural light. The bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. On the way out on the last day we saw a dead roach in the lobby. Not sure how this place has such a high rating on this website—the only explanation is that it was inflated. Hotel staff were nice.

Wow! What an excellent place to stay in Lisbon. This place is beautiful and the staff is very helpful. They held our bags while we explored the city because we got in too early to check in. The location is perfect. Located near the main square in Chiado, you’re close to restaurants and bars.

A quaint boutique style hotel with cozy suite apartments at a reasonable daily rate. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location is very convenient to walk to all the nice areas in Chiado, yet the property is on a quiet street with low traffic.
