very cool Hotel excellently positioned, very friendly staff. Love our room on the sixth floor. It was their suite. Bar restaurant downstairs was great with friendly bar tenders.

There was very significant construction surrounding the property on both sides- huge cranes with boarded up area surrounding building - noisy - barely found the location due to the limited visibility. Pool is tiny and freezing -rooms are tiny - hotel should notify customers of construction - not good business model. Bar is good, library is great, restaurant good -

I had a great time with my wife at this hotel. Very friendly staff and walking distance to best neighbourhood of Lisbon. The hotel is clean and cozy with a great environment especially elegant rooms. Thanks for your hospitality and hope to see you guys again.

My husband and I spent 4 nights at Browns Avenue Hotel as part of a longer anniversary trip in Portugal. The amenities and location were top-notch, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the food and beverages were delicious. But the service was the highlight - every single staff member was friendly and kind. When my husband became ill on our second night, staff members went out of their way to offer him extra water, bananas, etc. This level of service and hospitality really made the difference. We would highly recommend this hotel.
