My husband and I stayed at Brown's central for 3 nights and couldn’t have chosen a better city hotel. We had a lovely small room with street view, which was anything but small, it was very comfortable, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Happy hour is a must for enjoying fantastic cocktail’s after a day of exploring Lisbon from this well located hotel.

This was our 3rd time staying in Lisbon and second time staying at brown hotel. The location is amazing and the rooms are great. The staff is always very nice and helpful. We look forward to staying here again in the future

Browns Central Hotel is in a really convenient spot for exploring Lisbon. Being right in the city center, it was easy to walk to nearby attractions like the Santa Justa Lift, the Carmo Convent, and the lively Chiado district, which was a big plus. The hotel has a modern, stylish design that gives it a nice atmosphere, and the room I stayed in was clean and comfortable. However, there were a few things that could have been better. When I called to express a concern about my room and inquired about the possibility of changing, the response from the staff wasn’t as helpful or friendly as I would have hoped for. The room I had didn’t have any natural light, which made it feel a bit closed off, and the lighting in the bathroom was quite dim, which might be an issue for some guests. Another point worth mentioning is that the room couldn’t be locked from the inside, which, as a solo traveller, was a safety concern for me. All in all, it’s a good option if you want to be close to everything and enjoy a stylish setting, but there are definitely a few areas that could be improved to make the stay more comfortable.

We liked the location of the hotel. Our room was on the fifth floor and faced the street. We were able to open the windows and bring in fresh air. There are many restaurants and shops in the neighborhood.

Beautiful room! And they accommodated our location requests. Our room attendants kept our room stocked with fresh towels and coffee everyday. Our bed was very comfortable with beautifully soft sheets. Food was also delicious and we opted to head to their sister hotel a few steps away to enjoy an ala carter breakfast rather than the too much buffet option. We would highly recommend!

The receptionist was so kind to us, my son ahad suffered a physical assault and I felt like crying the amount of kindness and understanding she gave. She was young with long dark hair and she even apologied for her country. Above and beyond

Very good location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel generally well equipped with pleasant decor. The bathroom was quite cramped and there was no shelving. The lighting was poor and the shower water leaked all over the floor as it seeped under the shower door. Breakfast choice was good, but the warm options were always luke warm as the hot plates that the dishes sat on were not adequate to keep the food warm. Very poor, dim lighting in hallways. It was part of the theme of the decor, but not very safe as it was difficult to see.
