The apartment was very well maintained and had everything we needed for our stay. Location is excellent and accessible to grocery, mall and many restaurants. Bonus for us was the airport transfer offered that made it easy and safe and very affordable. Reception services were excellent!!! Highly recommend the Chiado Dream Apartments! We will definitely return here for future visits! Thank you!!!!

You can't beat the location of this apartment. It's located in the heart of Baxia-Chiado and right in the thick of the tourist areas, making it close to restaurants, shopping, and transit. Being in a popular area also means lots of street noise, so be prepared. Having on-site, washer and dryer machines that are free for all guests to use was a huge plus. That said, there were a lot of things about the apartment that could have been better. Our floor lamp was broken so our room was very dark at night. One of the bathroom drawers was broken and falling out. The air conditioner worked, but it didn't get very cool. And our keyless lock didn't work so I had to carry a physical key which was inconvenient. These are all things that should be fixed before new guests arrive, but it seems they are so booked that maintenance doesn't get done as often as it should. The kitchenette could use a few more useful items like scissors and a paring knife. On the plus side, housekeeping was friendly and did a great job tidying our room. The hosts were easily reachable via WhatsApp and were quick to answer our messages. Leandro welcomed us at check-in and was very friendly! My wife left behind a jacket and they found it and connected us with a courier to ship it back to us! They provided excellent service! Overall, know what you're getting yourself into. Book this apartment for its great location and super helpful hosts, but don't expect it to be great accommodations.

Close to everything, immaculate apartment with a small kitchen. Has everything you need to stay in the Lisbon tourist centre. Has elevator as well! Great communication with Leandro and the cleaning staff is excellent. Suggestion to management for small fixes in bathroom with a loose cracked tile, soap dispenser for shower, loose towel rack and bathroom cabinet needs replacement. A small shelving unit in the bathroom would be useful for personal items. This would make your property perfect!

Chiado Dream hotel was an excellent place to stay, great location. We had a problem with one our room doors not locking, they resolved the issue promptly. The hotel arranged for us to be picked up at the airport for a very reasonable rate. Friendly staff. We would definitely stay there again!!

Property was adequate for price but check-in process was not acceptable. They stated their reception hours are 9:30am- 7:30pm and when we showed up at 2pm, we had no way of getting inside the building to get to reception. We buzzed them at the reception button twice and no reply. I sent them a message on expedia. In the meantime, another person staying there let us in as they were coming in. We made our way up to reception which was closed. My husband called them and they told us would be there in approximately 25 mins, so we were forced to wait in a small corridor outside the reception office, with no way to even leave our bags there. I was not given any proper communication about what to expect, nor advance codes in order to at least buzz into the building. I was very frustrated by this considering we had traveled for 7 hours that morning. Despite that, reception was polite when they finally arrived and were able to get us in within a few minutes. Room was lovely and updated. Bathroom was in good condition but shower door leaked horribly and got water all over the floor. The description of the hotel listed a free bottle of wine as an amenity which was never provided. Not a big deal, but something to note. All in all, a good area and nice accommodations, but the check in process should be streamlined and more reliable.

Off to a great start
Our stay at Chiado Dream Apartments was fantastic! It is centrally located and was easy to get to after an overnight flight. Our room wasn't ready yet when we arrived but they kept our bags for us so we could start exploring the city. By the time we finally arrived in our room, our bags were waiting for us. The coffee/coffee maker in our room was an appreciated touch.
